With a lifelong passion for fitness, I created Fifty Plus Fitness to cater to the unique needs of men and women over 50.

 

As a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), I specialize in tailoring fitness programs to help men and women lose weight, feel better, and live healthier lives.

 

My goal is simple: to help my clients get fit, have more energy, and avoid restrictive diets and tedious exercise routines.

 

With my personalized approach, I aim to help individuals experience a new level of energy and confidence, making lasting changes that improve their energy levels, maintain a healthy weight, and enjoy life to the fullest.
